That is a good running saw. I have a G-44, which is a gear drive. Mine runs (sort of) but the crankshaft seals need replaced. I will get it torn down and see if I can find something that will work. Thank you for making this video, there aren't a lot of these old saws still running.
Can't find the actual specs on these pretty much anywhere!? Looks like a pretty good saw, especially for the age. Funny how people underestimate a lot of these old saws, looks like it cuts just as good as a 029/290.
Nice chainsaw. I don’t like when people put those chain in the trees and they never remove them . But that’s normal here to! By the way nice clean cut by the chainsaw.
Thanks for the comment. I really hate that chain thing. They area I was in has a lot if that. If I would have hit a big nail or chain while filming, it would require an R rating lol
