@jamesporter3656 That’s called squad rotation. All top teams do it to keep the squad fresh, prevent burnout, and reduce injuries over the course of a season. United fans are just so used to Player FC and the same players getting picked each week that they aren’t used to actual squad rotation.

Realistically, United’s fixtures are much more favorable in the competition going forward. Particularly at home. They navigated the last two matches in a solid manner. Now they need to take care of business at home. They should be fine to advance to the knockout rounds.

And United were the better team in the second half but Fenerbahce scored. On the whole, it was a very even match with the possession and shots numbers being nearly identical. On the whole, a draw was a fair result for both sides.
