They say in the paragraph, proteases from intestinal wall convert small peptides into amino acids but directly below they say in the reactions that proteases convert smaller polypeptides into amino acids... I feel the reaction is correct..sir could you please explain it! It would be a great help to me.

In small intestine proteases convert small polypeptides --> smaller polypeptides --> smal peptides --> amino acids
