    I’m surprised that Bobby has struggled a bit at ASU. I would have thought they’d always be top 2 in PAC 12 and making a run to sweet 16 and elite 8 all the time with him coaching

      ASU is a real tough job in a power conference. They haven't had a non-double digit loss season or made the Sweet 16 since 1995. Tough to recruit with U of Arizona right there - and very hard to recruit SoCal with UCLA, San Diego State and also USC right there. Similar to the problems that Oregon State, Washington State and to a lesser extent U of Washington have in the Pacific Northwest having to compete with Oregon and Gonzaga for recruits.

      @@walterlv01 In a way it kind of reminds me of Nick Saban and the reason that he left MSU back in the day, and he said that the solid recruits in the state of Michigan usually chose to go to Ann Arbor. Even though Izzo doesn't get the blue-chippers that other schools gets, he gets the most out of his boyz

    Bobby should be fired from ASU. Almost every season, all the good players leave. Bobby fights with the referees and often times pick up technical fouls which demoralize his players. His players are often slopping due to poor coaching and easily lose games after building two-digit leads - against TCU in NCAA this year; against Stanford last year in Pac-12 championship.

    • @emayhand
      @emayhand Рік тому

      I questioned if Bobby should have taken that ASU job. He was beginning to build a very nice program at Buffalo but left for, dare I say, greener pastures. He’s entitled to do that so I don’t mean that in a malicious way. I just don’t think it was a good fit for him.
