We ask that our prayers be heard (Yizwa Imithandazo Yethu);
We have faith that we will be protected (O se boloke);
As liberties are seized by a powerful enemy, we are unified through a strong spirit to "live and strive for freedom in South Africa, OUR land."

This combined version which is in force since 96 or 97 is MUCH better than the previous version of the ZA anthem which consisted of the 2 components, played/sung one after another. A phantastic idea, whose ever it was
