She was the most grownest maturest superstar dude when I tell you how much I looked up to her as a lil fat gay boy from the RURAL Midwest lol I had also been heinously abused at a very young age 😂 so I too was that incredibly mature serious kid not till later I found it is was just trauma xD A1 since Day1 bitch.

This song LITERALLY saved me from committing suicide a few months back... I was in a terrible verbally abusive relationship, that just led me to trouble. It involved me to doing something I'd never thought i'd do, and it can impact my future greatly if the other people involved decide to put me in a tough spot. I'm not proud of what happened & the guy was a total dbag. When I heard this song, it saved me from so much harm that I wanted to do to myself. Kelly is a life saver. I love this song so much. She's even my inspiration for singing, and loving music so much. She's the reason that I love music, and when I sing, I always put my heart into it. I auditioned for The Voice a few months ago too, didn't get in but I still am grateful to have gotten that opportunity to do so. Kelly is the best artist out there, and I feel like she is super underrated.

It was written by Soulshock, Kenneth Karlin, Alex Cantrell, and Phillip "Whitey" White. She did have song writing credits of her own at 13 on 3 songs "Keep On Keeping On", "Sunshine" and "Yes Or No"
