I think the video could have been better, you have missed the prominent part of fixing the hydraulic ebco hardware to the bed and frame nevertheless a good job. This is far better than purchasing it as they are quoting a heavy price around 45-50k however it would be difficult for people who do not have the basic carpentry tools and skill.

How to fit he hydraulics after the frame is already fitted in the wall...do we need to take out the frame or is there a way we can still install the hydraulics?
It's been almost a year and I am using it daily where opening and closing of bed happens every day. No issue so far with the complete making. Absolute sturdy hydraulics from Ebco.
I am using 8 inch mattress. the max weight the hydraulic can take is 120 KG for the model I installed so according to that you can use any mattress of your choice.
depends on the raw material you purchase. If you DYI it will be around 15-20K average. depends on type of laminates and ply you get. rest for the cost of hydraulics and fittings will be around 5k.
