I just mounted one of these yesterday and it was the biggest pain in the ass I have ever had to deal with. Pro Tip for anyone needing to mount one of these install the mounting bars on the pump loosely and then screw the pump and bars together into the motherboard as one piece.

The arctic liquid freezer iii is really impressive. Will the 360 argb version be compatible with endorfy arx 700 argb? (Because the manual says that the maximum tick of the radiator supported is 60mm with 240)
I have this same AIO but with no RGB lights and I can say, it's very good. No more overheating issues or the loud CPU fan noise like the vacuum cleaner either.
Watch out the Aio is 38mm high !! It was a problem with my Mobo was hitting the VRM Grill.. (above the CPU) so I hat do get slim 140mm fans 😅 but all in all its a amazing cooler !
Just got the arctic III 280 argb. Here in Italy it's like a 4 euro difference so got it for 82 instead of paying 78 for the old model, will come in handy when overclocking
I did in an actual review. Nothing drastical… Lay down the motherboard or the case and you are done in few second. I managed to mount it even in the vertical position. 😅

That was an AM5 AMD CPU. Did you offset the cooler? Trust me on this, or check UA-cam vids on the subject, you get like a -5°C temps when you offset the cooler since the main source of heat on AM5s is not centered.
How is installation, do i have to remove mb? I would like to replace my aio with arctic 360mm. I have 5800x3d on asus tuf mb. I have fractal Design aio and performance is ok but mounting is horrible
In your case the tubes sits right top of M.2 slot? This is kind of a terrible idea? So in-order to remove m.2 slot i need to remove entire cooler from CPU??
My heart was broken when I received mine for my 11900KF build and there’s no mounting hardware for LGA1200 😢 I don’t wanna have to return this beautiful cooler so I contacted Arctic hopefully they respond with something positive

Coolers aren't limited by the motherboard, as long as the cooler says it has hardware for mounting to your CPU socket type, you'll be fine. This would fit in a H5, a smaller case

I'll give it a go lol. Quote found....I did just that. Install the offset mount normally, and flip the pump. Everything works just fine. As for the VRM fan, I just didn't install it, I was too lazy to manage the individual cable. Another one from the same post.... I have the pump "upside down" so the arctic logo is wrong way around. This is because it felt way too tight to have it "correct way around". I will probably try to switch it around someday but with the mounting (how pain it is for AM4) I don't bother for now.
Was so surprised, why 3d version of AC way cheaper than 2d. After set up, I understand, when pump start working like from hell.. get silence only when i set on 40% of full work…. So bad..
Ik this a dumb question but can someone reply with the steps to controll this? I did the cable that isn't the 3 pin for mobo I think but the artic app was so con fusing to me it said sum abt setup then never told me abt anything I had no devices nothing
@@jadefuchs6631 Liquid Freezer didn't initially come with an offset bracket. It was later found and well tested that the offset does actually work. It's a bit concerning seeing part of the CPU exposed without the CPU block head attached.
That's intentional, and it only does that on Ryzen CPU... On intel you have to void your mother boards warranty because of the custom contact frame that you have to install to install the actual cooler

That isn’t a fan. That is just plastic look-a-like fan. The actual fan is beneath that shell casing that did spin.

You probably plugged the rgb cable on the wrong slots of your Mb , me the fan on the cpu is not spinning and idk how to male it spin

That is the only orientation due to the VRM fan configuration.
You can turn it upside down, but then the Arctic badge will look wrong. Just put a sticker over it.

AM4/5? Better to have the coldest part of the plate on the hottest part of the CPU.
AMD CPUs have the hottest point little bit lower than Intel so Its meant to be like that.

its designed to be that way, see the actual Chip of the CPU, the heat Generator, is on the lower part of the CPU. Thats why they did it like that

i just put the 360mm version in the H6 flow. Tough fit, but it’s very easy to get in there after taking the front panel off
My metal plate was bowed up so I had to take pliers and hold it down in order to screw it
It is supposed to be like that to create the tension. I mean, I placed it in vertical position without a problem. Horizontal was even easier.
