wouldn't start earlier... that would have been the tipover sensor. when you have the bike on it's side, this little box that knows which way is up (or at least wants to see G forces pulling from certain directions only) cuts power to the ignition. and it takes a few minutes to reset itself when the bike is stood back up.
That looks like fun riding on the beach! Hey when you need a new set of tyres I highly recommend "Metzeler Karoo street" tyres. They are a 80/20 tyer. Soft, high silicone. Excellent grip on the road wet or dry and handle the gravel not bad also. My brother put me onto them. He has them on his BMW. I am a 59yo relatively new rider and these give me heaps more confidence on our twistie roads in the mountains and also my half an hour ride on the dirt on my road before I hit the tarmac. Although I think you do a bit more off road sort of stuff than me maybe. Are they PussyGripps you've got on your handlebars? How are they? I've got some coming in the mail any day now. Anyhow I'm enjoying your videos and love your spirit of adventure. keep em coming mate.
Those are Grip Puppies. They help me a lot as I have some issues with nerve compression which causes discomfort and numbness. Thanks so much for your comments and for watching!
