As someone who has played clarinet for quite a few years, I think this video is great for beginners and showcases good technique. A quick tip is to push your clarinet slightly into your mouth to help as you transition between notes, (typically above the A on the first ledger line above the staff), to get a good response. Also, make sure to practice long tones in the upper register with a nice, centered tone as well as tonguing exercises. Keep up the great work Mr. Knicl!
Didn’t even realize all the small adjustments I made when switching. I was never really taught how to do high notes, I just kept trying them until I could do it easily. This made me think about how I kinda never figured out in any proper way

As someone who has advanced a lot after only playing clarinet after a year, I really struggle to do high notes. This helped so much!
