What do the resources a city gives do when you put a factory into them?

If the city already has natural resources there will be a resource income when you select if. Putting factories in the city will inscrease the resource income.

This video is a little outdated, you can't sell electronics to Ais' so I would recommend you use consumers instead. But the rest still works in the video.

There are 3 reasons why
1. They aren't ai
2. You trade too much electronics
3. Someone else already traded with the country

If u dont want to trade there are 2 options, tax and resource income. If youre big country with big population u can go democratic and get tax that way or be communist and spam the hell out of cvillian factories for income

This tutorial is outdated since hyperant changed the trade system. But it still works in some parts. I would recomennd you sell consumers instead. Scroll down at the bottom when trading and it will list countries with no consumers. Sell to them, boom. Big money
Electronics kinda still works but the max is 5 each country that can afford it. Like USA
