There's seems to be a civility about this place, no thumping obnoxious music from personal devices, no kids acting up. No ugly tattoos. Very few people staring at their phones.

I'm Brazilian, there are many families here who live in situations similar to some in the Philippines.
Hi Deivid. Thanks for tuning up. The houses here in the Philippines are numbered, but not all. For the houses with no number, they receive their order from the nearest branch of the courier from their area.
Actually, the courier can ask around if they are newbies. People around the neighborhood know each other.
@@onaddosama i see steel gates/dividers of some sort ,that are open , in some of the alleys .. what were they once put there for , if u may know .. why would they want to close off an alley/walkway .. thanks
@@briefandpointless1255 usually these gates are closed from midnight to 5am probably for safety purposes, but people can still pass through.

The 2 guys at the 22:35 mark are real sketchy, they are up to no good, looks like they are casing the place on the left, the guy in the tie-dyed shirt was really scoping it out on the sly. and then at that point the tall guy in the white shorts and grey t-shirt that is strutting down the lane seems to be popular, and then he delivers something on the low down to the guy at the 23:20 mark.
