Lee porridge is 100% healthy for you - full of fibre and is said to be one of the best breakfast foods around. Adding the syrup might not be so good, full of sugar, but it was only a little bit you added, so no problem there.

I a m a really slow eater I was always the last person eating at school and still Am a slow eater at 20 and lee porridge is made of oats and milk normally but can be water if its instant

Porridge (or oatmeal as we call it in Canada 🇨🇦) is soooo super healthy!! Lots of Fiber and and little protein and you can use tons of mixins with it. My fav is bananas and peanut butter (I know you’re not a banana fan though, so try strawberries or raspberries) 😉

Double sausage and egg McMuffin, 2 hash brown and a drink of whatever feel like that day
My maccies lunch order:
Medium big Mac meal no pickles extra lettuce extra onions extra big Mac sauce fries and a milkshake of what I feel like that day
My subway order:
Meatball sub with cheese and sweetcorn and red onions prawn cocktail crisps and a Pepsi
My Greggs order:

I live in South Wales, our kfc's are usually 0 or 1 food hygiene ratings so I won't go in them, Mcdonalds are usually 5 so I use them lol

Porridge is oats you heat up with for 2 and a half minutes with milk or water and then you can add blueberries bananas or syrup and sometimes you can mix in a tablespoon of peanut butter
I usually get a kids Meal and can you do eating only Blue food for 24 hour please:)

I always get this, i have just watched brandons video and he had KFC and i am completely craving KFC right now after watching this but i don't drive and on Uber Eats it's expensive. I don't eat things like McDonald's breakfast. I don't know if it's regional but I'm not far from you 🤔 and they do a toasted muffin with jam which is cheaper than porridge I think
I just googled the weather forecast for Barnsley after you mentioned the weather (is that still where you live?) and I'm so jealous. Highs in the seventies all week? I can't even wrap my brain around that, having lived through the brain-melting summers of southeastern US.
It does generally start cooling down to at least the seventies in August here, though.
we go off degrees celcius here so it'll be around 20-24 degrees for the rest of this week, which is actually GOOD because the start of this summer has just been constant rain so it makes a change 😂 thank you for supporting from the US 🫶

So, how is that particular temperature range a positive change from constant rain? Is it because rain brings the temperature down, and its actually warmed up, or what?
@@messinalyle4030 when it’s raining it’s usually cold, windy and miserable 😂 when the sun comes out, it’s hot and everyone is happy! We get A LOT more rain compared to sun pretty much all year round, that’s why UK people always complain about the weather 😂

It gets hotter in the summers, at least in the south, so people are more divided in their opinions of summer versus autumn, depending on their level of tolerance for hot weather.
Around August, I start to see a bit of a good-natured meme war between those of my Facebook friends who will miss summer and those of us who can't wait for fall.

Subway, Burger King and McDonald's are mostly franchises (look at your bottom of the receipt at McDonald's , it'll tell you the ACTUAL name of the restaurant... However because they're a franchise, they can tweak the prices
You'll be greatful when you're older when it comes to eating slower as you'll be less likely to get overweight as eating slow gives your body/brain time to say you're full
