Forgive me if I'm being rude, but how can the current 4 Seasons be the "Predecessor" of "The Old" 4 Seasons property ? (1:20)

Not rude at all, I'm more than happy to answer your question! The Four Seasons Toronto used to be hosted in a much older building. About 11 years ago, the old building was too outdated to continue living up to the Four Seasons' standards, so it became a condominium, and soon after, the Four Seasons Toronto moved into a newer, nicer building, which is the "predecessor" featured in this video.
