Because aarti is our offering and we want to offer the best we have ( even visually ), well otherwise why do you think all our Ancient Temples are so beautifully carved ?
This is very disappointing that they should name this function as “North Indian Hindi orchestra” instead of “Mahashivratri”. 99% are north Indians came from outside south India. All are completely HINDI songs. Hardly I see any Tamil people. We have paid Rs.2500 for bramaputra seating. Foreigners are also not seen much. In the name of Mahashivatratri, singing only HINDI songs is full cheating. Finally, we left by 11.30 pm. I strongly suggest No South Indians expecially tamilians must participate in future Mahashivatri ever in life. Also, Evening free dinner SAMBAR rice is very average. No drinking water bottle available in any stall. No drinking water pipies are also arranged. Being located in Coimbatore, Taminadu & servicing to northindians is total partiality. It was totally waste of being gone there. They collected money Rs.2500 & Rs.5000 per person from Tamil people & then playing HINDI songs entire day is totally unfair
You go there to taste food and judge an occassion...not for your soul enlightenment ...sorry bro your mindset is full of garbage ...lift up from language caste taste then you can be a devotee...this is not a party to listen to your favourite song and n't a restaurant to eat as per your order...may Shiva give you some sense.. apart from your taste buds

Hi Please understand siva rathiri means we have to meditate with peace and calm in sivan temples which was built our kings thousand years ago. Not like this place. This is a stage program. Please visit any of our sivan temple and please do mediate . Instead going this kind of corporate people and don't waste your money and time. Here you will not get any peace of mind. Just observe that adhi yogi statue looks like jakki vasudev. He is making us fool. Our worship is linga worship.
