I had a memory of being in PE and getting an A in the high jump portion along with 2 other people... I was a foot and a half shorter than them(one of the shortest in my grade). My first though was i can't wait to tell my dad about this! then suddenly the realization hit me. Since then i've been trying to do everything for my father, the one i see time to time in my dreams.

I am adopted and my dad died just a year after I was adopted but I wasn’t told for almost 6 months and when I found out it was really sad. But at the moment I am doing what I do and making a name for my haters and everyone that tries to stop me. Because they are the people that drive me to do better. I grew up without a father and over my lifetime my mom has tried to fill this hole with other men. Almost all if not everyone would leave her physically and mentally beaten. She turned to alcohol and meth. We became homeless a few months ago and my mom said that it would be best to move in with my pastor so I did. He has become my second family along with his wife and 4 others just like me. My mom has been clean for 4 months know is fighting for her life. That is why this song makes tears fall down my face that I didn't know existed.
