MY MUM DID THE EXACT SAME THING WHEN I STARTED MY PERIOD like she didn't laugh in my face but she promised PROMISED that she wouldn't tell anyone and LITERALLY went to my dad and told him and all her friends and everything and it was just so embarrassing.

It must be hard for girls, but as a dad, it's very reassuring to know as we expect it to happen but we won't know when. We need to be prepared and be there for our daughters too and knowing helps us understand your moods and to prepare better, especially us single dads

As the other girls explained, that’s a common myth. A lot of the times it hurts mostly because the girl is not wet enough/ too rough penetration for the first time. If the woman is completely aroused and wet, and her partner is careful and considerate it should be fine
