It was a demon in your room. I’ve felt one literally come in my room just waiting for me to fall asleep and instantly I start saying Jesus. And sleep paralysis is the same way. I just think Jesus over and over and over and over and the most beautiful thing about it is I go back to sleep as if it never happened because Jesus is literally protecting me. But the first time it happened, I didn’t know what to do. I don’t even remember if I called on Jesus but that was years ago. The last times it’s happened I just call on Jesus.

1:09:36 keep some ginger tea or green mint tea for your stomach from indigestion to nausea to inflammation. Also if you ever have an upset stomach or need to actually “go” but can’t due to constipation, mira-lax is great to have to stir in your water and drink. You’ll be brand new.

The enemy will always try and steal our peace often when were alone at night in our sleep our dreams but trust God is faithful and he has us covered I've had similar experiences in my sleep at night gave me chills woke up scared crying but prayed right then and there and God removed that presence fast 😊

The protein shakes are sugar lactose so it way less milk sugar as it says 1g. It doesn’t bother the stomach, It is a popular brand for protein after having weight loss surgery. I believe it is okay for me anyway because I switch between dairy free I eat regular cheese. Also Amazon has the plant based powder version of it 😊

I ended up getting sick after eating fast food recently as well! I hadn't left the house at all for a whole week and I ordered Wendy's on a Friday and woke up Saturday with chills alllll over my body. My body was aching and I was sweating like crazy and felt sooo weak. Every symptom went away on Sunday and I felt better the next week, so idk what happened lol.

I've had enough bad spiritual portal experiences, so I'm extremely careful with my spiritual eyes, ears and what is in my home.

There was mold under,behind my rerig,under my stove was built in dust,that's why I had a presence inside my place,because once I cleaned them right after I heard a voice say I liked you,and I saw two eyes outside my kitchen window that same night that disappeared as I went to take a second look,but it was gone,I put that spirit out by cleaning under my refrig,stove the dirty area was a Portal that needed closing.
