Not having a home and planing a trip to Europe all while managing everything else involved with life has been causing me a lot of stress and anxiety. I debated a lot if I should go to Europe. I haven't watched Julia's videos in a while- they just weren't resonating with me for a few months- but now I'm in a rough, transitional patch again and her videos showed up in my suggestions and the immediate COMFORT, ah. This is why I loved her so much the first time I came across her. Julia's videos feel like a hug and quiet down the food anxiety and perfectionism that always spikes when I'm struggling. I just feel a little part of me settle when I watch these videos.
I related so much about the part where you were talking about not having your home currently and going to travel to the unknown, im in full panic mode as I also prepare myself for a year abroad while I dropped my appartement a couple of weeks ago to spare some money, im super excited but also very anxious about going from Europe to asia but hey I guess it’s an adventure and i hope everything will be okay
