This hits home , i have IBS . One time I was on a boat with family and friends in the middle of a lake and my IBS flared up. Took everything i had to hold it. I was about to jump in the water and release my bowels in front of everyone. luckily the urge went away for 10 minutes and i managed to tell them i was feeling sick and needed to go to shore. I will never get trapped in another situation lol.
I would have fed the fish in that situation.
