Mam delay and deviation m kiya difference h ....hum kaise pta lgaenghe ki development delay horha h ....jaise agr kisi child ko koi learning disability h tou hum delay development bolenghe ya deviation in development
Deviation me delay and early dono aa jaynge.. means deviate hua h development toh vo extra ordinary bacha bhi ho skta hai jiska early development hua ho....but delay me sirf late ho rha h development.....kisi student me delay hai ya disability vo hume keenlly observe krna pdega and counsellor plus test ki help leni pdegi ye btane ke liye ki normally delay hai ya disability
