اول سؤالين يتلخصوا ان
The pressure =brachial artry

This means that in the first Q , the injection was in brachial artry not median cubital vein
In the 2Q , the medical student should ask the patient to make flexion in the elbow and cross his finger in the cubital fossa to find the tendon of biceps. He should put stethoscope medial to this point .

Q2=> the student should ask the patient to flex his arm and he pull it at the opposite direction then he put his finger in the cubital fossa and move it until he feel the tendon of biceps then he put the stethoscope medial to it.
Q3=> I can press strongly at the middle of the medial side of the arm against the shaft of the humerus to control the bleeding ( before the artery gives his collateral branches ).
