I have Ultra UI Sign at 12 stars abd max arts grade for Strike, Blast, and Blue Card and the damge is outrageous working on getting him to 14 stars but so far no luck
I pulled him on my first try.ideserve this for getting shafted on all banners on the festival
I lost 28k cc on this banner and i only pull LF units, i can't believe that happend, almost going to quit dbl but i got all the festival units, so i just going to farm cc with daylies and tournament of power. Hope next time i got luck for another unit.

In my opinion Ultra UI Goku is built like an ultra of 2023 and not a like a UI character he doesn’t have an arts card that refills his gauge which is one of the best parts about him unlike the three other UI’s which have something to get their gauges refilled at the moment Ultra UI is a really good unit but not as fun as the three other ones.
I mean he does get his gauge back after using his ultimate card
Your telling me no switching and sub count manipulation isn’t fun?
And the other 3 ui-s are as not overpowered as him and if he refills his gauge after using his green card it would be fucked
