Thanks. your videos are very interesting, they give an expression that we're painting a charming picture, every time we add a different color gradually until we reach the perfection 🖼️
That's a good question. In English it is an adjective indeed like many others. In greek it's not an adjective. The English expression is just one verb I am thirsty διψάω I am hungry πεινάω I am cold κρυώνω I am afraid φοβάμαι Etc...
What is the second form of conjugation? Is it used depending on person's gender? Or does it change, according to the region in Greece? Thank you in advance, again =D
Cen You explain something? We have ξυπνά for the third person, but also we use ξυπνά for second person when we want to wake up someone. Nai? Like έλα αγάπη ξυπνά!

How does a verb mean an adjective like l am thirsty l am hungry 🤔?l didn't get it
That's a good question.
In English it is an adjective indeed like many others. In greek it's not an adjective. The English expression is just one verb
I am thirsty διψάω
I am hungry πεινάω
I am cold κρυώνω

What is the second form of conjugation? Is it used depending on person's gender? Or does it change, according to the region in Greece? Thank you in advance, again =D
The second form is the "you" form in a friendly way. It has nothing to do with the gender! 🙂
@@greeklessonsonlinevideos What about the second form on "I", "he", "she", "it" and "they"?
Oh now I understand what you mean!!
The second form is a bit more "old". We don't use it that much. We prefer the first form when we speak! ☺️
@@greeklessonsonlinevideos Ah =D Ευχαριστώ
Υεια, Αλεξία! Ευχαριστώ πολγ για τα μαθιμα σου!! Πόσο είναι τα Β1 verbs;) ? Μόνο εφτα?
Γεια σου ! Τα Β1 είναι χιλιάδες!!
What does the ώ “second type” mean ?
It is a second form
Thanks
Cen You explain something? We have ξυπνά for the third person, but also we use ξυπνά for second person when we want to wake up someone. Nai? Like έλα αγάπη ξυπνά!
There is a difference! The stresses!
Αυτός ξυπνάει/ξυπνά. (He wakes up)
Ξύπνα! (Wake up!) - Imperative form.
Thank yuo so much
❤
💕
Ξύπνά με. Στο όνειρό σου, αν δεν ήρθα. In this lyrics, why they said (Ξύπνα με) instead of (Ξύπνάς με)
Ξύπνα is imperative form! Ξυπνάς is indicative! Please watch my lesson about Imperative B verbs
