Great job guys! I just installed my new Rachio 3 last evening here in Middle TN and watching your video first really helped with some questions I had before I started. Watching your video definitely saved me some wasted effort/mistakes I would have made had I tried to do it blind. Thank you!! Love my new Rachio 3 so far.
Great job on documenting the install and setup. I think I told you I have the Hunter equivalent but I like how the Rachio cycles through the zones to let the water soak in and then comes back to finish the total time on a zone. I'll definitely work on a video of mine this year and compare notes or link to videos if you want. In either case the wireless controllers are boss and they are pretty smart using weather data and cancelling scheduled watering if it knows rain is imminent. Be well!
Definitely interested in comparing the two. I am sold on the whole wireless smart system. I think very little about irrigation, but if the grass is feeling a little crispy, a few taps and all is well. Thanks for the feedback. Looking forward to your video on the Hunter!
