The gameplay needs a reason to use the combat. Questing is so easy that there is very little reason to engage with the action combat system. Which makes it incredibly boring
And the game is actually like this, online players are wholesome asf always goofing off and ready to help new players unlike toxic GTA players where everyone in a 5 KM radius wants to annihilate you💀💀💀
ESO is made by a ZENIMAX, not Bethesda studios. They ain't responsible for Bethesda not making TES6, they're the B team workign on this specifically so that they wouldn't.

PvP lag was 90% fixed.
Light Attack weaving is here to stay.
