Rosman Highway vehicle wreck?

must have been a crash, raining, fog, very dark. not totally sure what happened though after we started going again there were quite a few EMS vehicles in the left lane. I didn't see any wrecked vehicles. officials and citizens just meandering around at a point some one yells "that's my dad" ppl laughing, loud country music.
