If you're asking about the Scooby on a Tombstone, that one is not a sample/prototype (I'm fairly certain anyway.) Most of my samples don't have boxes but this one did.
Most have been repaired after purchase, but no, the ones I have left do not work either. I still have Push It, This is Why I'm Hot, 50 with Walker, Rockstar and Can't Touch This (not a sample on this one.)
