I want the Yogi now! Also, the eyes aren’t stickers, they’re iron-on transfers. Sucks that Dairy Queen no longer gives out toys in their kids’ meals. One more thing: the reason these were made was because Boomerang, a TV channel dedicated to retro cartoons from the Warner Bros. and MGM library, launched on April Fools Day that year.
I googled what Augie Doggie is and It said that Augie Doggie debuted on the QuickDraw McCraw show and it also said that Augie is a highly spirited pup who is motivated by ambition and the desire to make his father proud.
I remember when I was a kid I saw the ad on TV back 2000 but I never had one of those plushies before but I still got Augie Doggie Huckleberry Hound and Quick Draw McGraw and you know what my favorite Toy is Secret Squirrel
Okay a couple of things. First of all, that pop-up tent is so cool! It’s like a play set for the plushes. Also I am familiar with some of these characters, having watched a lot of Cartoon Network as well as Boomerang (who remembers that network?). I kinda wish Jabberjaw was included (he’s a shark that sounds like Curly from The 3 Stooges). Would’ve been nice to see Fred Flintstones or George Jetson. Either way awesome set. Thanks for sharing man!!!
I googled who Secret Squirrel is and It said that Secret Squirrel is a cartoon character created by Hanna-Barbera for The Atom Ant/Secret Squirrel Show, which debuted in 1965 and It also said that Secret Squirrel serves as a secret agent, taking orders from his superior, Double-Q aka the Chief of the International Sneaky Service.
I never thought you would ever review this, but was hoping someone would because in my opinion, this is one of the best fast food toy sets. So many pocket pillows of classic characters specifically from Hanna Barbera cartoons. A very colourful set as well and Snagglepuss is a mountain lion ☺️😊❤️❤️😄👍👏
@@FastFoodToyReviews Yes and this set was missing Scooby Doo, Dino from The Flinstones, and Astro from The Jetsons don’t you think? Still awesome though
I had the Huckleberry Hound one! Must've been a toddler when I got it. I had the vague memory of it being a fast food toy, but I wasn't sure which restaurant it came from. Childhood mystery finally solved: it was Dairy Queen!
omfg! i had such a collection of these toys! whenever i watched Boomerang as a kid, i would bring out all my dairy queen plush pockets and wind up toys and act out the boomerang commercials!!!
I grew up with these cartoons in the 70s. They're from the 60s. These carltons, not from the 80s. Or. the 90s. That's when they were showing it. I think on boomerang or But they will cool great video😊

Yes, They still air old Hanna Barbera cartoons on Boomerang. I remember watching these old Hanna Barbera cartoons.
Oh yeah I watched all of these when I was a kid! Really fun, nostalgic set. Be cool if there was a Jabberjaw plush!
I googled what Augie Doggie is and It said that Augie Doggie debuted on the QuickDraw McCraw show and it also said that Augie is a highly spirited pup who is motivated by ambition and the desire to make his father proud.

Hey! Its a gorgeous set of Coinpurse Smooshums.

Yes, the old Boomerang network. Lol. Such great memories watching those cartoons. There's so many other characters that need to recognized.
The plushies look very accurate to the yogi bear show
Yes this set should have been called Yogi Bear and Friends but even so they didn’t add a plushy of Boo-Boo Bear to the set

I think we only ever got Touché Turtle, but my God is this a classic collection.
I love that this set covers the 1950's-1980's.
I remember this set and wanted all of it. We only had three of the twelve. I’ll have to look online and see if I can find it
There's some on ebay. Good luck 👍

Hi, those cartoon characters are actually from the 60s, not the 80s :)
Yup, even the 50's. I referred to the 80s as my era.
@@FastFoodToyReviews Eve the 50s, I didn't know that ;)
Yogi Bear is my favorite one since there's no Scooby, Dino, or Astro.
I love Hanna-Barbera! Also, there's a UA-camr who uses these plushes! His name is "Hanna-Barbera Stuffed".

Yeah beats me could they not make Magilla Gorilla’s head look more like a gorilla hence his name
I got to get this set
