And reduce sleep very slowly slowly each day, like 1-2 minutes each day , and maintain 5-6 hours of sleep or what suits you best. And increase Pranyama to support sleep reduction and improving quality.

Aa Uu & Mm are the bases of every sound that we can utter/hear...try uttering any word/sound it is combination of these sounds along with diffrent placement of tongue inside mouth. When you chant Aa you will feel the vibration at the muladhara chakra & The Mm creates the vibration at top of the head. This combination of three sounds indicates the movement of energy from the muladhara to the sahasrara.

@Triguna Majumder Sleep early. Do yog nidra. Make a habit of sleeping for only 4-5 hours. If you have the will, you will do it.
