@@hustlewithdrew I’ve tried a few different ways. Similar to your way except larger (14 inch) and with foam back and a heat wire cutter. I saw a video of it on UA-cam somewhere. Most of the time I am doing them in bulk for sports leagues with a large photo lab order and it is easier to let the lab do them. I did them as a joke of my kids in little league one year after I’d shot the leagues photos and everyone wanted one so I started selling them as an add on to portrait packages. Parents love them and use them to embarrass their kids! I have a similar printer and I did not have a good experience using 3rd party ink FYI so be careful. I’ve also found that when people send me photos to do them they tend to send low resolution cell phone pics that don’t work well.
