Katie!!! it doesnt matter if you didnt get in Stanford! I am proud of you for getting in UCLA, USC, and Berkeley and probably even more. They are great schools and can really help you in the end. Choose from what you have. The other schools who didnt get you made a huge mistake for not letting you in. Know that you are beautiful inside and out. You inspire me to be better and dream big and I really adore you for that. Thank you and God bless!
Thank you so much! I totally agree. Even though it was tough in the moment, I've 100% moved on and am so grateful for the schools I did get accepted it to. Don't worry about not being in an international school! There are so many different ways to get to where you want to be and I promise you'll end up where God wants you to be. Hey Katie! I just wanted to say that you are really inspiring and I absolutely love watching your videos. I think you're so humble and inspiring. You should be so proud that you got acceptances from such prestigious colleges. I am an international student currently about to finish my sophomore year. (Doing the IB next year, fingers crossed!!!) Can you make a video on your stats for ACT/SAT and for the IB and before it as well? Also, how to tackle and manage my time in the IB? Thanks so much. Also, do you think it is too late to start new extra curriculars? I don't have that many and am a bit worried.
Hi Lila! Aw thank you so much. That means the world to me. Yes, I’ll definitely be doing stats and more advice videos about the college application process. I’ll also do an IB score reaction video! Best of luck with IB! I promise if you go in with an open mindset it won’t be as bad as people make it out to be. No, I don’t think it’s too late at all. You have this summer to get started on something and work hard to make it big! Just put in the effort and you can reach your goals. Best of luck! I’m cheering you on!

I don't know what the IBs are but I thought you said in one of the videos that you won't be fine with those until some time in May.Does that mean you're given extra time before having to make a decision to one of the US schools?So you know when you'll decide???
Do you mean the waitlists for colleges? I haven’t finalized my decision because I’m still waiting for all schools to reply. :)
Katie Tracy I thought all students had to make a decision by May 1st, that's why I was confused how you were able to wait until after the fact. I wasn't sure if you were given an extension because you're international and your international applications are on a different timeline.
Other students have mentioned that if they stayed on a colleges waitlist, they were giving up their spot at the schools they already got in to. This was due to decisions being due by May 1st, yet waitlist updates not coming out until later. It's like gambling because of they don't get in to their waitlist schools, they're screwed because they missed the deadline for all the other schools
