I have struggle with this very strongly the past couple years. Recently a stranger did something simple & nice, & made me completely rethink my hatred towards all people & the state of the world. I thought to myself, there is still good. And the best way to let go of this anger & change the world & do as this stranger did, choosing kindness. It’s been about 3 months, & I have let go of a lot of anger. I will not change the world being hateful, just adding to the problem. I am choosing to be the good & kindness I want to see in the world. I quit always saying things like “everyone is stupid”, & “I hate this or that”. I realize that the world is under a spell of evil, & it makes some people blind, others do bad things, & still others, like us, angry & get things nowhere. I realized my anger was truly a choice. Choose differently.
Simple technique you can try.....decide that whenever you get angry, you'll laugh. It'll be difficult in the beginning... maybe even if you remember, you won't be able to laugh, but if once you are successful in doing it, you'll realise something great. All the best
