I think it had already happened after Sochi...I trust them not being a couple during main part of their competitive career, they actually dated other people....BUT now I m 99,99 % sure they are together...their body language has changed since their comeback , it is obvious especialy in practice.....I mean , they had been always very nice to each other, but I ve never seen them before being sooo intense . Before Sochi their contact usually include only touching neck and waist, or hands, kiss only on cheeks or head - which is relatively normal in friendzone, but since 2016 (just check some practice videos) their contact made a shift ...to neck and shoulder kiss, touching to parties lower than waist...but mainly that constant need to touch (especially for Scott, she seems more reserved). I have feeling, they are together probably since winter 2015...according to their social media behavior...Scott dated K. Lawes to summer/fall 2015...during that time T+S decided to return to competition...check some photos and conversations of that time on her /his social media...it looks like they started dating from that time...
