Hello dear i m Adeel Emmanuel from Pakistan I have Suzuki Baleno 04 model i m using egine oil 20 50 can I use this oil 150ml
Where is it said to warm up the engine first?
Warming up the engine is required it just makes it much easier to change the oil. Heating the oil will allow it the flow much quicker and smoother out of the pan then if the engine was still cold
Why do you use two bottles I'm curious most people that have 5.0 only use one any reason for that
So on the bottle, it states that it’s good for 5 liters of oil which is roughly 5 quarts give or take. 18-22 mustangs take 10qts of oil which would be equivalent to 2 bottles or 10liters. That’s why I used two bottles. I’m sure 1 will still help! But I wanted to cover my bases when trying this
@@BrandonChinn I see I didn't read the bottle because like I told you earlier this one guy on the video only use one so I assumed I'm just supposed to use one well thank you for that info I really appreciate the video thanks again
Yeah I’m at 400 miles on my 21 GT and it’s already ticking and rattles between 2k-3k rpm quite loudly. Do you think I should wait until I change my oil to add this?
Yes you can wait to change your oil!
@s550mc had gone to ford NUMEROUS times prior to this. I stopped going because 1. They didn’t claim anything to be wrong with the vehicle 2. They claim that the problem isn’t actually where/what it is 3. They had refused to work on the car because it “looked” too modded. Took it to multiple dealers as well which is when I started to fix everything on my own. A lot went wrong with this car that I didn’t record, but every time I took it to a Ford dealer, it was always a nightmare
Solution is 5w50 liqui moly oil and ceratec best combo
Leichtlauf?
Besides the exahust it sound like my 2.0 TFSI :D
Have you checked the compression in each of the cylinders? I thought this issue caused some of the bores to become non-circular.
Wrong! And that issue wouldn’t cause a tick at idle anyways
so you put the 10 quarts and then add one bottle of ceratec? is this correct
Yes
Now I’m confused, you’ve been saying to add “2” bottles & now you’re agreeing that it’s “1” bottle to 10 qts of oil. 🤔
It's ok to add even tho I just did oil change yesterday with 8 qts? Do I add 1 whole bottle to 8 qts oil?
Ye still good too add
@@BrandonChinn I did and it got rid of my tic! So I have been doing alot of digging and it seems mobil 1 is a common denominator...ppl claim amsoil and Pennsoil is the best and won't permit a tic. I'm just glad the ceratec worked but I'm gonna try one of those 2 oil brands next oil change and see what happens.
@@tehshape I actually only use Amsoil now and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. So much I became a dealer for them. They are quality no doubt
Just got my 2015 and I can’t stand this noise I’m wanting to get some of this but my oil change was at 62k miles and I have 65k is it okay just to add it? Or does it need to be after a oil change?
No you can definitely still add it in!
My oil looks like chocolate milk with very small white swirls kinda like when you put coffee creamer in a coffee am I the only one?
Mine looks like this too... it is normal after running the car.
Bro i have the same problem, Is it normal that it also consumes more oil?
Is it a lot of oil consumption we’re talking about?
@@BrandonChinn My 19 gt, is consuming too much oil. I'm pouring oil approximately every 1000 miles, it's not leaking. But I don't understand, it's not normal.
@@fimidjsharry4017 What oil do you use? Also, do you have any mods on the vehicle?
I have a tahoe 2016 idk if I should use one or two bottles of ceratec can anyone tell me?
1 bottle is good for 6 quarts. So if you require more then 8 quarts I would recommend 2 bottles
Hi there,
Can I use/safe to use liqui moly CeraTec or mos2 for 2013 MERCEDES Vito 122 CDI.
Thanks in advance
Yes it is safe
I only had to use one bottle.
For 7.5 liter of oil should i use 1 bottle ceratec or 2?
Thank you..
3z n technically it’s 5qts per bottle. I’d suggest 2
@@BrandonChinn ok 👍 thank you very much
Guys use motosilk engine treatment that one is best high mileage cars and muscles cars recommended and no needs to use every oil change one time using protects over 100.000 miles little bit expensive 😎
Actually that doesn’t sound like a bad idea. I’m definitely going to look into it, thanks for the heads up!
I can hear everything. Nothing changed😂😂 its only placebo effect
Whats your issue with the noise? Its supposed to tick
You are doing it wrong !! You are supposed to warm up the engine and then open the oil cap and pour the Ceratec on a running engine .
No difference at all dude
The engine sounds like my n55 noisy
sorry mate its you :D its still there just a bit softer :/
Haha figured, over some time now i have noticed it is gone, all i hear now are the injectors which is a good thing! But hell placebo effect initially I wouldn't doubt that XD
@@BrandonChinn well, then I'm happy for you :) this tick is crazy.. Do you think that ceratec actually helped ? No one exactly knows why it's there :D
Someone wrote YT comment, that it could be some minor piston slap (which should be okay) that is heard because of plastic oil pan. @that1320chick had disassembled engine and nothing extreme has been found just some minor wear. So many options..
It scares you to buy a new GT. It's like lottery to get one that doesn't tick, haha :D
Bad Boy I’m saying man. Literally a gamble. Don’t actually know if it helped or not but around 30k I’m gonna do an update to see what happens. Also have my oil change coming up so we’ll see how that’s looking too
Cant believe you put that milk in. Also, you didnt drain anything out first. Didnt hear any change.
Its the timing chain making noise...i had same noise coming through underneath
The timing chain makes a slightly different noise, I know ford is notorious for cam phasers and chain tensioners though 😂😂
Any update if its good to use ?
Monir Nassar I would recommend to use it! Quiet the engine down a lot more then I was expecting
Bro it sounds exactly the same as before you put that crap in, how much they pay you to sell out ?
how much do you know how to use ?
One bottle for every 5 liters I believe
@@BrandonChinn 5 liters or did you mean 5 quarts?
@@frankscott8555 5 quarts lol good catch
I still heard it
You should have changed the oil.
The car just got an oil change lol
Put new oil and than had the created.
What is it that he can't hear? Sounds exactly the same! Thanks for proving nothing, well done, bravo
After editing the vid I realized it couldn’t be heard on camera. After about 3 days of driving the ticking has gone away
Wow bro chill out
Is that consistent ticking normal?! Mine sounds just like this at idle!
There’s two ticks! There a normal tick you can hear from the injectors then theirs and engine tick. The camera does a terrible job picking up the engine tick I believe so it was hard to hear
@@BrandonChinn Okay cool! I guess I have the normal tick! Thanks alot!
@@granthenneke yeah of course man!!
do i have to drain the equal amount of oil before putting it?
No you do not
Placebo effect
I feel dizzy after watching your video. Too much vibration like you're in a heavy storm.
Sounds worse. You’re listening to very normal engine operating sounds.
another poor test...there is absolutly no noise change ! you need to understand that it needs miles before being effective...
Is this an actual fix, a bandaid or psychological &&&&. Everyone needs to look up THE OIL GEEK. Adding these additives in general can be more harmful than good, it also depends on what type of engine oil you are using. Some brands of additives react harshly to certain oils, so hence your engine protection is compromised- bearings, piston bore and so on. PLEASE, PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH PEOPLE and what you may find might make your head spin. Good luck 😂
Can’t tell you if this fixed anything but I will say I did have scoring on the cylinder walls of the engine, most likely prior to using any of this
@@BrandonChinn Hi Brandon, sorry to hear about the piston bore, but again using oil additives will DECREASE PROTECTION even more if you already have damage as it reacts with the chemistry of the oil. I use 5w- 30 full synthetic and have had no issues. Good luck. Vic
Yeah it sounds like a collapsed lifter bud
I have better luck using the Liqui Moly MoS2.
use tsl olie
