Harley Quinn isn't a villain in modern DC comics. She is more like an Anti-Villain. And also the Injustice version of Lex Luthor is not a villain. He is more like a hero than a villain.
Honestly i felt more godlike with black Adam in this game more than the 2nd. Also prefer Sinestro over Atrocitus. Green lantern needs a different ultimate other than his mech, also wish they brought in kyle rayner instead of Hal in injustice 2 while still adding john Stewart as costume including guy gardner and currently Jessica Cruz. Shazam felt good till his ultimate, would have loved a final SHAZAM at the end instead of a weak Superman punch but with lightning. Scorpion is insane, sub zero is 2nd, and raiden is godly. Black lightning was cool and all but would have been better as separate alongside Cheetah & no Static Shock? Vixen is fun but would have been cool if she mixed up all her animals in one ultimate. Lobo is fun, lex, and Zodd. Catwoman should have been taken out of injustice 2 including Harley and give us new DC female heroes or villains, plus no Constantine and instead enchantress, her ultimate is lame. Also missing He Man.what character would have been your pick for dlc aside from TMNT.

The first game beats the second in comic book vibe the second does have better graphics but the first just makes up for it in its art style
