We hope this video helps you get to know our three black and tan puppies that we have available for reservation on October 19th. Two are from Remy an Macchiato; they will be two weeks old soon. The one with the blaze is 6 days younger, and is from Robin and Macchiato. We compare their markings and personalities to each other and help show you how their parents contribute to their appearance.

Welcome to the Red Barn Cavaliers family home! We invite the families and friends of our puppies 'into' our home to watch their puppy thrive and grow. We perform all of our puppies' care on the livestream for families to see and be part of, including vaccinations, weight checks, dewormings, socialization, and so much more.
We raise Cavalier King Charles Spaniels with a proactive approach that places an emphasis on their emotional-social development. We have raised many puppies for the distinct purpose for becoming Emotional Support Animals. This breed of dog has a temperament that is ripe for therapeutic bonding, so we nurture those characteristics to help bring them out and optimize them further.
We potty train our puppies using pine pellets designed for rehydration. The timing is important because as they get older, they crawl away from their nest to potty and poop - so we want them to go to the pellets! Using this method, our puppies typically understand where to go potty within about a week of practice, and they use the potty tray on their own without guidance within about two weeks of practice. By about 6-7 weeks old, they begin waking during the night to use the potty tray rather than wet themselves in their sleep (much like human babies!).
Our young puppies are kept in our master bedroom for 24-hour observation and care. We leave the audio on so that viewers are able to hear the puppies' vocalizations, but that means you may overhear some personal interactions. We prefer this format because we are able to easily provide context or clarity to viewers if necessary. We show you how we potty train our puppies starting as early as a week old, and how we nurture their training throughout their 8 weeks with us to hand off a well-trained puppy to their family.

I am hoping to get a Cavalier as my next dog. I enjoy watching your channel, because I think you do a great job at educating your viewers on cavalier care and behaviors and you also give us a first hand view of what it's like to live with cavs. I've always been drawn to the brown and blacks and perhaps one day I will be calling for one of yours. They are gorgeous. Love their little noises. I think you need to keep Lunar as well. There is nothing wrong with having 13 dogs/. I was blown away when you said you have 12 dogs. Are those adult dogs? Elisabeth and Drew you are fabulous. If i was younger i would put my name in to have one of your puppies. However, RA is slowing me down. And I can live vicariously through your glorious U-Tube channel.

All three are so wonderful. I really want a black & tan - but not getting one now- but Lunar would be my first choice. All 3 seem so people oriented.
My Beatrix was Daisy and Spike for parents. She's about 6 months old and is independent. I mostly take her places with me, but not always to preschool. Sometimes I'm gone around 4 hours. When I return home she meets me at the door and is excited but then takes me to see her toilet paper art or whatever mess she made. She's happy alone but happier with me. She also sleeps in bed with me. And I mean laying against me often with her face on my pillow or my cheek. Very very sweet but I enjoy her independence rather than codependence.
Beatrix sounds so much like her mama! One of our families who recently picked up said that it was Beatrix who caught her eye with how beautiful she is - wanted you to know! ♥️🐶
