My takes: ND has to get better at tackles at the los against the run. They are giving up too much yardage on first downs. Secondly, the DL(talked about all offseason as a core of the D) has not proven to me that they can win the push at the los except against Purdue. It’s worrisome at the least. Offensively two things: RL needs to make easy one read designed throws. Particularly when called on 1st down. Managing shorter 3rd down is key. OL needs to man up/gel as a unit bigly if they wanna win Saturday. Pendleton needs to correct a lot from last Saturday if we want a healthy QB. Special teams just don’t turn the damn ball over and make your kicks. There’s more but you get my gist. This team is far from perfect and has stuff to clean up all over the place.
Louisville is a well coached team. Our guys are going to have execute on a very high level to win
Yep. 100%
