I do not believe I ever installed one of these systems with the db reducer, that always came off before the can was put on the bike. Dont use a dremel, the bolt will come out and you can relieve yourself of damaging the DB option as done in the video.
You don't need the dermal, just undo the bolt and weld will brake very easy.

Literally ruined the baffle... One punch with a screwdriver would have been plenty to break the tiny spot weld...
With baffle out, do you get any pops on deceleration?
Yes! Lots of pops and cackles.
