I don't speak japanese, so it's possible that I got lost, but, it should has been obvious that hot glue is not flexible enough for that purpose. Secondly, injecting hot glue into silicon tube seem to be redundant as desired length could be simply cut from a 7 mm stick glue. Thirdly, heating up any decent hook (wire) will ruin it's heat treated strength. Instead using a heated plate or any similar tool could be used to locally melt the glue to stick the hook. BTW, for curly tail, a piece of ballon, or similar material like an old kitchen gloves would be a better option.
