I like how he’s not a noob even if he’s a “certain new player” - Valve patch notes. He’s just as good and plays normal and still gets treated like he’s a bot because he didn’t spend $5 on a game

I don't know why, but i wish there was an Option to *"Shut Up"* so basically, when you use any of the voice commands, they work, but you make no sound at all, nor you make facial movements. Animations for such commands ARE played, but no sound. Main feature is that you "Shut Up" where you're forced to say something(like, Scout doing a triple jump would shout "WoHoo!") or when capturing an objective.
It would he great if you want to play as a character that's mute(entirely), good for Gordon Freeman loadout on Medic, cos it's *cursed* hearing Gordon say something.

This is hilarious. The best part is when he pokes the camera, and the normally unnoticeable sound effect makes it sound like he just shatters' his fingers.
Why does this feel like any sort of mute in a game? Especially in VR when there's just no facial animations just silence,with those eyes just staring at you while you talk. And all he does is listens. Closely.

Yep, Valve made F2Ps and bots unable to chat, yet bots can still just buy a competitive pass or something for $5 and gain that ability right back. They should just revert the change at this point

I have to correct you -
F2P players that played for 6 entire years and have never got any attention or respect, no ability to talk while everyone is talking about a F2P *kid* (TF2 is an 18+ game, so there shouldn't be any kids) named Albert getting 4 unusuals after playing for 1 week, and being bringed so much attention like a main character. All in one week for a kid who is not supposed to play the game, while I am playing for 6 entire years as a F2P.
PS: I don't need some unusuals and Strange guns and Australium, all I trully want for christmas is not being a F2P after 6 years of suffering.

i memorized it without doing it every night before bed
It took me like... two viewings total of meet the team to know and be able to do impressions of every line from every character except for a few lines in Meet the Medic and Meet the Spy. (Background lines in the case of Spy.)

I once met a soldier with 5000 hours on tf2. He was a F2P. He was purposefully being one for all that time, going for the title of “Best F2P”

+ you cant call medic
+ you need pay 5 dollars
+ you cant warn teammates
you can become non-f2p for only a dollar and get 2 hats.

Where does this bs myth come from that you have to pay 5 dollars to be seen as a premium acc? I was f2p for a week, till I got frustrated that I can't call out medic, so I bought the cheapest thing in the store (in my case the base jumper for less than 1 buck) and could freely communicate with everybody per chat, voicechat and voice commands
