Thanks for the info. I looked on the coast guard web site for about an hour and could not find any information about the required equipment. Good job. Thanks a lot.
Thanks a million. I appreciate the feedback & support. that's a beast engine you have... i am a true fan of the e'tec's... this is the 2nd one on my boat... had an '05, hurricane irma came, now I have a '17.. .tight lines & mega bites
great video. one thing to note. for 16 to 26 feet. Visual Distress Signal Required on the high sea and coastal waters only. Must carry visual distress signal for both day and nighttime use. NOTE: Coastal waters means the Atlantic Ocean, Gulf of Mexico, and all bays, sounds, harbors, rivers, inlets, etc. where any entrance is over 2 miles wide to the first point where the distance between shorelines narrows to 2 miles.
Just subbed from your twitter link. Good luck with the new channel. I too run a small boat (18 ft Sportsman Island Bay) inshore and offshore when the weather permits. Looking forward to your content.
Thanks a million for watching and giving me a good laugh. That guy does have a nice setup. I wish he'd detail my boat for me in exchange for the publicity... Anyway, hopefully, you weren't too distracted and got something out of the episode. Thanks again. Take care :)
@@SouthFloridaSaltwaterFishing how's a guy to learn with that sexy set up sitting right behind you. Lol. Thank you a million for the great video and Info, it was exactly what I was looking for .
Thanks for watching. Great to hear from you. Personally I would recommend a M25 handheld VHF radio from ICOM. it's what I have. Here's a link so you can check it out: bit.ly/3bt4BoC Hope this helps. Take care :)

Remember, the PFDs must be “readily accessible” NOT in packaging and NOT under tools or items. MUST also be U.S. Coast Guard approved (label inside).
