But the real problem is netp. We all are having ltd with foreign directors and hmrc allows only the residents of UK to avail tax free selling under 85k. So the actual question here is if amazon will hold funds of the ones with the primary details of foreign countries with less than 85k threshold too?

@user-bh3ff2mw5s for non residents this threshold does not apply. They will collect and remit for all those accounts whose directors are from other than UK.
