Idk if it was an ode to it, but the Moby song was used in the classic Transworld video Feedback/The Reason, so I got super excited to hear it, great track
maybe, or the movie "the beach" that was shot no to far from bankok
It was also used in the film "The Beach", which is set in Thailand. It was just a fitting track to use in a skate film based in Bangkok I reckon

Chris’ Ata Kak shirt might be my favourite shirt I’ve seen in a skate video, such an obscure artist/shirt. Also his sw ollie was unreal already and then he continued with the sw gap to manny out of nowhere. Amazing vid.

the article from this trip came out in print a while ago ant it was absolutely one of the most beautiful pieces i've read in thrasher in a long time.
this felt like reading the book and then seeing the movie and having zero complaints about how it translated to the screen. Jacob Harris and the drift crew have a certain nostalgic magic and soul that make their outputs feel tangible.
