Looking at it from the WG perspective, LUFFY is the big bad, with *HIS* timer that needs to be stopped. And the Gorosei are the "heroes" this time. I am LOVING this.

Depends on the factions possibly getting involved. Shanks, dragon, even the Marines themselves. For me, this arc is the perfect setup to manifest the coalitions of the upcoming war. Sword will step up but moreover, the Vice admirals and Kizaru will have a decision to make. Once they hear what Vegapunk has to say and once they are aware of the Gorosei's true form, a lot of them will switch sides, stall the Gorosei and give the straw hat's a fighting chance - or an escape route.
I bet the ancient robot knows how to fight the Gorosei. Secondly, I am convinced advanced conquerors is what can hurt them. The WG always feared those with conquerors haki.
I think it's being broadcast from the giant robot. They'll succeed at taking out the labophase only to realize the signal is coming from an indestructible iron giant.

What if it is a distraction/diversion to keep the Gorosei busy as well for some reason. Perhaps so that the Holy Land/Gods Knights are open, for the Revolutionary army to infiltrate or something.
Another thought: If it takes one of the Gorosei to physically summon the others, Mary Geoise is sort of vulnerable now for a time until all the Gorosei have traveled back. Maybe somebody is going to exploit this vulnerability.
The way Gorosi speak to each other reminds me of how Zunisha communicated with momo and luffy. Maybe it have something to do with the voices that Roger used to hear. I cant wait!!

Im pretty confident the name of the ancient kingdom will be Merry Joy. Imu took it over and hid the name by changing it to Mary Geoise. This would also link to Joyboy and the Straw Hats first ship, the going merry. Oda told us where the final location would be in the story in the ships name. It would also explain why the name couldnt get out. The name itself wouldnt be cause for concern unless the name could be easily linked to an already known location by everyone in the world

Quick note here: The way the Gorosei communicate is more similar to Luffy’s void of all things (like how he was able to communicate with Momo while sinking in the sea in Onigashima) than it is to Vegapunk’s way of communicating.

It can be inferred that Big moms invulnerability is the result of conquerors coating. And highly likely that she's so OP that its an unconscious version of it. This is evidenced by the fact that its broken when her will is severly strained and broken upon seeing mother carmels picture breaking. It takes her back to the trauma she experienced as a child and breaks her will.
My impression was that "One Piece" refers to the true history of the world or rather all the Poneglyphs combined into "one piece" revealing more Information than they ever did. Also it appears to me as if all DevilFruits held specific purposes in the ancient kingdom which they could only truly fullfill in their awakened state. Paramecia have highly specific abilities like they were created for very specific professions. They deal with food, weapons, mind manipulation, medicine or poison.Then there are Logia which are concerned with more fundamental assets an advanced civilization would need. The magu magu no mi can create islands, the pika pika no mi gives light, the mori mori no mi creates plantlife and the goro goro no mi creates Electricity to power al kind of technology. But not only creation is their goal but also to destroy to make space for new crations and so there also are abilities to reduce what was created before. Finally the zoan they bring specific powers of animals to the table. A Hawk can fly and has good eyes - the perfect observer. A Leopard being strong and fast having good instincts to hunt being the perfect hunter. The fruits appear to have their own wills but not in the sense that they actually have memories and specific goals. Its more like a longing for a specific thing. Enel had the Goro-Goro no mi the purpose of which is to power something with energy. His dream was to go to the moon where he just happens to find an ancient city which seems to be optimized to be powered by his fruits powers. His godcomplex could also be explained by his innate longing to be the sole thing that keeps a country running. He just couldn't figure out how without the infrastructure to use his electricity. Similar we could attribute the behaviours of many people in the onepiece world to their fruits. With understanding their actual purpose better the closer they are to their awakening. Still A beast like Lucci whos fruit is meant to fight and to defend something the World government seems to fill exactly that purpose. This is true for most devil fruits who can find an fullfillment of their innate wish/ will of the fruit via someone who gives them purpose like with Big Mom and her cook Streussen and his cook cook fruit. Still there are a few special fruits more likely to rebel against the World Government as it is currently. Most noteably mythical zoan fruits which all are embodying more of an indeal than an actual animal. Luffy or the sun god nikka being the most notable here of coarse. His innate wish and purpose is to bring freedom. Last how could this incredibly advanced ancient kingdom be defeated in the first place if all the fruits fullfilled their perfect purpose for which they were created? Well its an inside job. Imu most likely also holds a devil fruit. My guess would be some kind of fruit which has the purpose to impose order. By that being the opposite to the Freedom loving Hito Hito no mi model Nikka. Imagine a society in which gods cater to every need of society. They need more land and a logia creates it another fills it with plantlife and some paramecia create housings and stuff. Nobody would need to do anything. All do what they want. It would be difficult to maintain a specific cause to maintain a country. So they created a fruit to cater to that problem as they had done before. What was created was Imu who imposed rules on the world. But without a moral code this quickly leads to problems. Imu forced the other fruits to create the redline and the calm belt to order the world. Seperated the species and gave islands to each individually. But as this went too far Kingdoms revolted only to be manipulated by Imu to play into his hands. The Ancient Kingdom was claimed guilty and destroyed. The 20 Kingdoms supposedly gaining freedom yet catering to Imu and his new world Order. Incapable of destroying the Devilfruits which endanger Imu and his superiority he instead destroys the History and by that condemning the other fruits to chaos for not knowing their purpose. Only Nikka whos purpose is freedom which is something most seek to find, is resurfacing once in a while with a suitable host like joyboy while at the same time naturally threatens the order Imu tries to maintain.

My thoughts & opinions of the chapter: 1. Now that we finally got a new mini-arc, especially about Wano, I do hope that we'll get more plot holes filled. Whether it involves how others would react to the fact that Tama is a Kurozumi, and/or when Yamato will finally leave the country in an effort to reunite with the Strawhats. 2. With Saturn summoning his fellow Elders, perhaps this could become a very good excuse for Dragon to finally come to Egghead and fulfill at least a crucial part of his End Goal. Of course, that mostly depends if Dragon will take the chance of coming whether or not he knows it would be too risky. 3. While it may be too good to be true, would it be possible that chapters 1110 and/or 1111 be where & when the "final" Straw Hat Pirate reveal themselves?
This is a good chance for Lucci to reveal his true relationship with the Government. He did go from hunted to employed again by the WG. I wonder if he's still fine as long as he can kill, angry that maybe he's shackled to CP0 and left with less freedom to do as he pleases, or even something crazy like if he wants to take the opportunity to turn on the Gorosei and try to take control himself. Honestly I'm more on the side of him losing to Zoro. Also, Luffy, Dorry and Brogy vs gorosei will be awesome. I'm wonder if the elders weren't invincible, if the two Giant captains would be able to take down Saturn at least.
Off the wall theory, what if lucci is the one that's actually rock's son. All we know is that he was an orphan in the world governments possession. It looks like oda still wants him to be relevant and powerful. Could be somewhat similar to the "side character" Ace, being Roger's son.

Nobody seems to be talking about the fact that Vegapunk wants to sent a video message. Not just audio which most countries already have set up, otherwise we wouldn’t need the countdown. I think the big reveal has to be something visual as opposed to a name because if it isn’t these 10minutes to set up screen’s isn’t needed
The Vegapunk satellite thing is a set-up leading to a comparison (in the divine Oda fashion, hiding right in your face) with Imu, who controls the Gorosei. Unbeknownst(because he doesnt know about Imu?) to Vegapunk, he replicated the Ancient Kingdoms technology that Imu used to divide himself/herself up into 'satellites'. Very clever Oda. Mind-blowing chapter after chapter, wow.
My new theory! Vegapunk is actually smart... He knew what he was doing and that the world goverment would be coming for him soon. He even knew of the traitor. The video he setup of the upcoming broadcast is a trap. To film the Gorosi as evidence. Shaki knew he was going to die when he walked in that room. To make Vegapunks defeat seem believable. In fact you might even be able to say that he "lured" the Gorosi out there as he knew only they could override the command chips. This whole arc has been calculated. Sure he may not have expected Luffy or Bonnie to show up or the exact members of CP0. But he had contingency plans to match the senario. Not all of it went to plan but Shaki or Vegapunk whoever you want to refer to him as. The brain itself maybe. Knew that he would likely die. The at least one Gorosi would appear. And that he plans to combine his message with filmed proof about the world and Gorosi and whatever else he wants to say or leak. Is my theory true? Who knows it came to me in a span of 5 minutes. But if done well I would love something like this. So far Vegapunk has not seemed smart to me. He seems science smart but shows very little actual intelegence which is fine and likely the case. But maybe... just maybe... he knew what was to come even down to hoping to film the Gorosi in their true forms.
So good point about the time limit. Because of this, i think the crew might end up spliting up again. The giants are ready to go, but someone will need to stay behind to protect the lab so the broadcast can finish. Unless someone else does this for them. We know kuma is on the island, and the giant armor that still hasnt done anything. I also think kizaru will end up helping. He looked regretful when they showed him on the boat. He may have killed him, but he will have vegapunk's final will be heard. I dont think that will be enough, however. On a side note, i wonder if vegapunk is trying to big brain the government. He is asking for visual transponder snails and even waiting for them to be set up. He does this even though he knows time is short. Im sure there are things he wants to show everyone, but i also think he has it set up to cut to live feed of the "transformed" gorosei. This could even trigger a response of imu attempting to take out the places that may have seen. I find it interesting that oda pointed out that not everyone will see the broadcast, and im sure it holds more meaning. What other video could he be showing? Perhaps video of islands being wiped out. What would be that important that the world would need to visibly see?

The 5D chess theory making the rounds which i thought of right away too is that vegapunk predicted his death and thus concocted a plan to help put dragon's revolution into overdrive by baiting the gorosei into coming to egghead to stop his msg, and instead of revealing anything on the void century, he will reveal the demonic forms of the gorosei to the world waking up the world in the process, even if the gorosei destroy the source of the broadcast vp probs got a backup recording them in 4k This is the best timer climax of the series so far.
I think franky might become a satellite, or maybe get the brain-brain fruit since vegapunk is dead. That way he could have access to all of Vegapunks records.
Egghead has to be the best arc of one piece, from everything being shown to the confrontation with the elders, I definitely think this is the arc to kick of the final war… I think vegapunk is going to out imu and the elders to the world starting a giant war aka “the egghead incident”

My guess is that the timer has another purpose as well. Maybe to prime the relay around the world, and destroying Egghead can’t unsend the message that’s already traveling across the lines, and/or Egghead is blowing up shortly after announcement/if the message is interrupted. The timer could get people off the island.
So, I was a bit upset we didn't get Vegapunk's Message but the Gorosei arriving at the wend completely made up for it. I was expecting to see them and their Devil Fruit Abilities somewhere at the very end, I was not expecting them to appear so soon. Here's hoping their all transformed, Oda give us more!

I’ve got the feeling, the eternal youth surgery is more than we expected. Assuming Imu and all Gorosei live since the void century, all of them had it performed on them. We know the awakening of the Ope Ope no Mi. With that in mind, the eternal life surgery has to be a special room, like an enternal/timeless room, where your body overcomes the aging process and the creation of that takes the whole lifespan of the Ope Ope user. So Saturn might be covered in this E Room and it prevents damage from Gear 5 advanced haki attacks. Imagine Law having to perform the surgery on Luffy to allow him to fight the Gorosei in the E room, sacrificing himself for the last big battle of the D clan vs their ancient enemies.
This will be about the ancient weapons. Egghead is all about weapons and future version of the ancient weapons, robotic seatings, Bonney and Kuma. We even have the cover story that might be about pluton.
This Chapter had it all. The Vegapunks setting up a global transmission ingeniously. Luffy had me crackin' up with his Moveset. I told folks about the Gorosei being no joke. Also, that final page reminded me of Magi: the Labyrinth of Magic. How many of the Gorosei are comin'?! 😁😁😁😁
I have two thoughts on what the Ancient Kingdom's name was.. [1] "Desire" (fairly obvious, on the nose, makes sense in all regards) OR [2] "Lol" Or actually the act of laughing. A word you cannot say necessarily. You have to do it to say the name. Which means Roger already would have revealed the name to us, the audience. That would be such an Oda move. Lol. Makes me laugh thinking about it. It's so simple yet silly. 😂

The whole pentagram and summoning circle has to be something outside devilfruit powers since it was foreshadowed when Brook got summoned by a similar circle. My guess is something about the afterlife or ghosts since that is what Brook is all about.
I've got this one friend, who's caught up to the anime, and I keep telling him to catch up the manga as well (he's read it to somewhere in Dressrosa, so it's not like it's new territory for him) - that he could just start reading from like the end of Wano if he don't wanna do all of WCI and it will more or less be fine, but he still refuses. Has anyone ever thought that the ancient weapons might actually be Godly beings? Think about it: Mars, Mercury, Jupiter, Saturn, and Venus represent the Gorosei, with Uranus being Shirahoshi and Luffy symbolizing the Sun, and Imu probably is the Earth. Pluton is associated with Pluto and Poseidon with Neptune, so isn't it possible that there are two more beings imprisoned somewhere who opposed the World Government? I don't see why not.

Im pretty confident the name of the ancient kingdom will be Merry Joy. Imu took it over and hid the name by changing it to Mary Geoise.
This would also link to Joyboy and the Straw Hats first ship, the going merry. Oda told us where the final location would be in the story in the ships name.

The way the Gorosei communicate is more similar to Luffy’s void of all things (like how he was able to communicate with Momo while sinking in the sea in Onigashima) than it is to Vegapunk’s way of communicating.
I swear when the Gorosei will pull the electricity from all egghead they will realise it is casted from dragons place and hes in on it! Also i thought that Rebecca and my der Tontattas are on Alabasta! The Palast, the sweat! They defend the land without rulers at the moment!

It can be inferred that Big moms invulnerability is the result of conquerors coating. And highly likely that she's so OP that its an unconscious version of it. This is evidenced by the fact that its broken when her will is severly strained and broken upon seeing mother carmels picture breaking. My impression was that "One Piece" refers to the true history of the world or rather all the Poneglyphs combined into "one piece" revealing more Information than they ever did.
Also it appears to me as if all DevilFruits held specific purposes in the ancient kingdom which they could only truly fullfill in their awakened state. Paramecia have highly specific abilities like they were created for very specific professions. They deal with food, weapons, mind manipulation, medicine or poison.Then there are Logia which are concerned with more fundamental assets an advanced civilization would need. The magu magu no mi can create islands, the pika pika no mi gives light, the mori mori no mi creates plantlife and the goro goro no mi creates Electricity to power al kind of technology. But not only creation is their goal but also to destroy to make space for new crations and so there also are abilities to reduce what was created before. Finally the zoan they bring specific powers of animals to the table. A Hawk can fly and has good eyes - the perfect observer. A Leopard being strong and fast having good instincts to hunt being the perfect hunter.
The fruits appear to have their own wills but not in the sense that they actually have memories and specific goals. Its more like a longing for a specific thing. Enel had the Goro-Goro no mi the purpose of which is to power something with energy. His dream was to go to the moon where he just happens to find an ancient city which seems to be optimized to be powered by his fruits powers. His godcomplex could also be explained by his innate longing to be the sole thing that keeps a country running. He just couldn't figure out how without the infrastructure to use his electricity. Similar we could attribute the behaviours of many people in the onepiece world to their fruits. With understanding their actual purpose better the closer they are to their awakening. Still A beast like Lucci whos fruit is meant to fight and to defend something the World government seems to fill exactly that purpose. This is true for most devil fruits who can find an fullfillment of their innate wish/ will of the fruit via someone who gives them purpose like with Big Mom and her cook Streussen and his cook cook fruit. Still there are a few special fruits more likely to rebel against the World Government as it is currently. Most noteably mythical zoan fruits which all are embodying more of an indeal than an actual animal. Luffy or the sun god nikka being the most notable here of coarse. His innate wish and purpose is to bring freedom.
Last how could this incredibly advanced ancient kingdom be defeated in the first place if all the fruits fullfilled their perfect purpose for which they were created? Well its an inside job. Imu most likely also holds a devil fruit. My guess would be some kind of fruit which has the purpose to impose order. By that being the opposite to the Freedom loving Hito Hito no mi model Nikka.
Imagine a society in which gods cater to every need of society. They need more land and a logia creates it another fills it with plantlife and some paramecia create housings and stuff. Nobody would need to do anything. All do what they want. It would be difficult to maintain a specific cause to maintain a country. So they created a fruit to cater to that problem as they had done before. What was created was Imu who imposed rules on the world. But without a moral code this quickly leads to problems. Imu forced the other fruits to create the redline and the calm belt to order the world. Seperated the species and gave islands to each individually. But as this went too far Kingdoms revolted only to be manipulated by Imu to play into his hands. The Ancient Kingdom was claimed guilty and destroyed. The 20 Kingdoms supposedly gaining freedom yet catering to Imu and his new world Order. Incapable of destroying the Devilfruits which endanger Imu and his superiority he instead destroys the History and by that condemning the other fruits to chaos for not knowing their purpose. Only Nikka whos purpose is freedom which is something most seek to find, is resurfacing once in a while with a suitable host like joyboy while at the same time naturally threatens the order Imu tries to maintain.

My thoughts & opinions of the chapter:
1. Now that we finally got a new mini-arc, especially about Wano, I do hope that we'll get more plot holes filled. Whether it involves how others would react to the fact that Tama is a Kurozumi, and/or when Yamato will finally leave the country in an effort to reunite with the Strawhats.
2. With Saturn summoning his fellow Elders, perhaps this could become a very good excuse for Dragon to finally come to Egghead and fulfill at least a crucial part of his End Goal. Of course, that mostly depends if Dragon will take the chance of coming whether or not he knows it would be too risky.
3. While it may be too good to be true, would it be possible that chapters 1110 and/or 1111 be where & when the "final" Straw Hat Pirate reveal themselves?
Damn magic circles are freaking terrifying.
This is a good chance for Lucci to reveal his true relationship with the Government. He did go from hunted to employed again by the WG. I wonder if he's still fine as long as he can kill, angry that maybe he's shackled to CP0 and left with less freedom to do as he pleases, or even something crazy like if he wants to take the opportunity to turn on the Gorosei and try to take control himself. Honestly I'm more on the side of him losing to Zoro.
Also, Luffy, Dorry and Brogy vs gorosei will be awesome. I'm wonder if the elders weren't invincible, if the two Giant captains would be able to take down Saturn at least.
Off the wall theory, what if lucci is the one that's actually rock's son. All we know is that he was an orphan in the world governments possession. It looks like oda still wants him to be relevant and powerful. Could be somewhat similar to the "side character" Ace, being Roger's son.
I haven’t seen your video yet, my thoughts on all this is that. NOBODY knows what Oda will do next! At least it’s sorta seems like the Gorosei they share some sort of link. Didn’t expect see all of them will appear and so for sure we will see their transformations!
Nobody seems to be talking about the fact that Vegapunk wants to sent a video message. Not just audio which most countries already have set up, otherwise we wouldn’t need the countdown.

The Vegapunk satellite thing is a set-up leading to a comparison (in the divine Oda fashion, hiding right in your face) with Imu, who controls the Gorosei. Unbeknownst(because he doesnt know about Imu?) to Vegapunk, he replicated the Ancient Kingdoms technology that Imu used to divide himself/herself up into 'satellites'. Very clever Oda. Mind-blowing chapter after chapter, wow.
As a parallel, maybe just like Lilith, there is a traitor in the ranks of Gorosei

My new theory! Vegapunk is actually smart... He knew what he was doing and that the world goverment would be coming for him soon. He even knew of the traitor. The video he setup of the upcoming broadcast is a trap. To film the Gorosi as evidence. Shaki knew he was going to die when he walked in that room. To make Vegapunks defeat seem believable. In fact you might even be able to say that he "lured" the Gorosi out there as he knew only they could override the command chips. This whole arc has been calculated. Sure he may not have expected Luffy or Bonnie to show up or the exact members of CP0. But he had contingency plans to match the senario. Not all of it went to plan but Shaki or Vegapunk whoever you want to refer to him as. The brain itself maybe. Knew that he would likely die. The at least one Gorosi would appear. And that he plans to combine his message with filmed proof about the world and Gorosi and whatever else he wants to say or leak.
Is my theory true? Who knows it came to me in a span of 5 minutes. But if done well I would love something like this. So far Vegapunk has not seemed smart to me. He seems science smart but shows very little actual intelegence which is fine and likely the case. But maybe... just maybe... he knew what was to come even down to hoping to film the Gorosi in their true forms.

So good point about the time limit. Because of this, i think the crew might end up spliting up again. The giants are ready to go, but someone will need to stay behind to protect the lab so the broadcast can finish. Unless someone else does this for them. We know kuma is on the island, and the giant armor that still hasnt done anything. I also think kizaru will end up helping. He looked regretful when they showed him on the boat. He may have killed him, but he will have vegapunk's final will be heard. I dont think that will be enough, however.
On a side note, i wonder if vegapunk is trying to big brain the government. He is asking for visual transponder snails and even waiting for them to be set up. He does this even though he knows time is short. Im sure there are things he wants to show everyone, but i also think he has it set up to cut to live feed of the "transformed" gorosei. This could even trigger a response of imu attempting to take out the places that may have seen. I find it interesting that oda pointed out that not everyone will see the broadcast, and im sure it holds more meaning.
What other video could he be showing? Perhaps video of islands being wiped out. What would be that important that the world would need to visibly see?

The 5D chess theory making the rounds which i thought of right away too is that vegapunk predicted his death and thus concocted a plan to help put dragon's revolution into overdrive by baiting the gorosei into coming to egghead to stop his msg, and instead of revealing anything on the void century, he will reveal the demonic forms of the gorosei to the world waking up the world in the process, even if the gorosei destroy the source of the broadcast vp probs got a backup recording them in 4k

My guess is that the timer has another purpose as well. Maybe to prime the relay around the world, and destroying Egghead can’t unsend the message that’s already traveling across the lines, and/or Egghead is blowing up shortly after announcement/if the message is interrupted. The timer could get people off the island.

Ten minutes (or nine minutes now)I'm guessing that's how long the StrawHats have to wrap up what they're doing, regroup, and get out of there. Escaping while the Broadcast's main message causes chaos around the world.
I’ve got the feeling, the eternal youth surgery is more than we expected. Assuming Imu and all Gorosei live since the void century, all of them had it performed on them. We know the awakening of the Ope Ope no Mi. With that in mind, the eternal life surgery has to be a special room, like an enternal/timeless room, where your body overcomes the aging process and the creation of that takes the whole lifespan of the Ope Ope user. So Saturn might be covered in this E Room and it prevents damage from Gear 5 advanced haki attacks. Imagine Law having to perform the surgery on Luffy to allow him to fight the Gorosei in the E room, sacrificing himself for the last big battle of the D clan vs their ancient enemies.
All 5 Gorosei attacking the lab at the same time. Well need a Dragon storm or Kuma feat

[1] "Desire" (fairly obvious, on the nose, makes sense in all regards)

Has anyone ever thought that the ancient weapons might actually be Godly beings? Think about it: Mars, Mercury, Jupiter, Saturn, and Venus represent the Gorosei, with Uranus being Shirahoshi and Luffy symbolizing the Sun, and Imu probably is the Earth.
