Is there timing mark showing tdc position of the piston? How do you adjust the valve clearance?

Yes Sir, in timing gear and in the timing mark at the cylinde head and the piston is in the top position and there's a timing mark at the magneto too.You may adjust the Valve clearance at TDC pisistion all the valve are fully closed and the rocker arm can move freely.thank you for your comment Sir

@@sparkwrenchtv3040 thanks bro...I wish you discussed about the solenoid valve that adjusts the camshaft from low rpm to rpm, and how the the decompressing mechanism activates the exhaust valve to release a little bit of compressed air-gas in the chamber. Thanks

Amazing and very instructive. One question (I could not understand if you already pointed out): how many kilometers in this bike for needing such overhaul work? And finally, do you think this particular NMax has been neglected OR acceptably and periodically maintained? Greetings from Mexico.

Sir in this bikes there is no such kilometers needed to performed overhauled,in this case the owner is accidentally broke the bottom part of the engine ,we repair that parts and perform the overhauled,and if the bike maintained well maybe years to take before it overhauled
