I am from Florence, thank you for showing my city in your UA-cam channel. For anyone to know: what was showed in this video was just a taste of all the all beautiful things that it's possible to see in Florence, there is so much more!
I am soooo happy Italy managed to recover from this terrible virus pandemic. This beauty needs to be visited again and preserved for good! Saluti Italia! te amo!
Lucky fellow to see the Italian cities with very few people in them. You’d be horrified at the crowds normally in Florence! It’s my favourite city in Italy; have been there 9 times.....can’t stay away! Enjoying your videos!😎💖
I visited my son last november 2019 that lives in Florece. And while i observe your tour now very warm moments are in my mind. We visited all those places and some more. Is so beautiful Florence , I hope to return soon. I loved the street musician and artists too. Good job your tour!
Visited italy in summer of 2019 n absolutely loved it. Florence was one of our favorites. We are glad to see the tourists are coming back. Love & respect from Bangladesh.
Tuscany has a lot of beautiful villages: San Gimignano, Volterra, Montepulciano, Monteriggioni. More little than the most famous city, but all amazing! Come to visit my channel for some italian's beauty :)
@@geniusloci6324 We had the privilege of visiting San Gimignano, Volterra and Moteriggioni on our last trip - we simply loved Volterra....so amazing. We went to Florence as well, but Tuscany and it's way of life was just the best! So blessed!
Mille Grazie for this video😍 I was so lucky to live there for 6 months, almost 25 years ago - I must say I am happy to see the city without masses of tourists.
Absolutely wonderful again, your capture of the Duomo is very well done as is the rest of your filming. I was an international fashion model living in Milan in 1980/81/85, awesome experience. Spent heaps of time wandering the streets, living Italy and working there, some of the best memories of my life! I remember sitting below the Ponte Vecchio enjoying a simple meal of Italian bread and cheese with some red wine back in 1975 before mass tourism. Looks similar to what you are experiencing. I continue to travel through your eyes haha!
I am a native Italian living in the area of Florence. If you have time, Prato also is worth visiting, especially during week days in the morning. It's only a 20-minute ride by train from Florence central station. Another wonderful place is Fiesole, up on the hills :)
I've been all these places you are wandering around now many times. Florence leaves me every time speachless. I feel like newcomer and tursty to explore the city and its tresures ... 2018 I spent 2 monts in Italy starting from Sicily and ending in Como, Lago di Como on my way to Switzerland. Of course you will visit Pisa and Siena but don't miss Lucca and San Gimignano. I suppose your time is limited but there is another Toscan jewel - Arezzo, the city of Giorgio Vasary. What I have learnt of all my trips across Italy - one life sman is not enough to see everything that need to be seen in Italia. Good luck.
I've always wanted to go to Italy, and the beautiful views and dreamy music in this video are not helping. That nighttime shot of the bridge with the little lights almost brings tears.
WOW - it’s insane how empty the city is. If you haven’t left Florence yet, please check out: Abbazia di San Miniato al Monte, Osteria Cinghiale Bianco, Gustapizza, Sbrino - gelatificio contadino, La Giostra
Hi, hello from Taiwan. I'm enjoying your video about Italy, cause I've been there on Feb.2019. Thank you for bringing me back to the good memories. Be safe.
The viewers are lucky to see the breathtaking sunset at Piazzale Michelangelo as you have captured it. Thank you for an on-the-ground tour of Florence, it felt very personal as the crowd was absent. Looking forward to your future travel in Italy.
I think i gonna cry when i i go there. Soo spectacular. Never have been there, but always wanted to go. Specially after watching Medici all 3 seasons. Omg best tv show ever.
This is a very charming city, I hope I can return to visit sometime in the future when all this is over. Seeing and sharing places like this is why I love traveling and make videos so much!
I can’t believe you skipped the Palazzo Pitti, especially since you’re staying right across the street from it. You wouldn’t guess it from the outside, but it’s one of the most beautiful palaces in Europe.
An easy hack when visiting Florence, buy your Uffizi Gallery tickets in advance on line it will save you waiting on a very long line. There is a elevated indoor private passage (Vasari Corridor) the Medici's had over the Ponte Vecchio between their home Pitti Palace/ Boboli Gardens to their office the Uffizi . The Mercato Centrale is foodie heaven.
After reading Dan brown’s Inferno , which covers almost every corner of Florence, made me profoundly wish to visit Florance one day. Your this vlog coloured the bland images developed in back of my mind from Dans Novel. Thank you for informative vlog Jason . Take care
I'm truly impressed and amazed by your knowledge on the historical background of every place you visited. You truly are intelligent of the facts surrounding you. Keep up a good job!
visited Florence and Venice last August, both were packed with tourists. a bit sad to see how empty it is, but looks like people are slowly starting to get back to life. can't wait to visit Italy again.

Beautiful Florence!!! So much art and history… I really enjoyed just walking around the streets of Florence,. I miss the paninis. I just saw the hotel I stayed in (Hotel Pendini) at the Piazza de la Repubblica. You’re very lucky to have such a wonderful experience, specially w/o too much of the tourist crowd. You can take a day trip to Pisa, Looking forward to your future videos. Stay safe!!! c”,)

Italy is so beautiful. Don't miss San Gimignano, a small walled medieval hill town in the province of Siena.
Might be because I live in Florence but I don’t think is that special 💀

My adored Florance! I will be back to you! It is your good luck to see Florance without crowds of people! It is an unreally attractive city!
Stunning. I was born in Italy but came to United States when I was 11. When I see videos of my beautiful Italy I am so proud

The Duomo is really awesome!
Sorry, but Caravaggio - gg is pronounced like "j" in "jam", the same for soggiorno - there is no g like in game, same like in jam, jacket, jumbo
Thats beautiful
Amazing places, a pleasure to have the chance to visit them! 😍
Don’t forget to visit Santa Croce- it is the burial site of many of Italy’s most famous - Galileo, Machiavelli, Michelangelo, etc.
So much to see and do in Florence. Plenty of reasons to go back!
