When i clicked 'publish', archicad tells me : GRAPHISOFT ID not found. (and i am signed in.)
how to solve this?

Can I export 3d model from bimx to 3ds or fbx.

Do I need to upload the Bimx file to my smartphone or is it stored on a cloud, not clear as to where and how the app accesses the file

When you publish it you can choose a path in your local device or publish it in the archicad cloud
If you publish it in local, you need to somehow send the file to your phone and open it from there
