Actually It's a powede of besalt, not a iron at all..... The paste made mixing with weted rice and rub it for the 10-20 minute until the paste become smooth and sticky.... Then it aply lare by lare

Very difficult and skilled process. This tabla should cost at least 10 to 15 thousand, however, I see tablas are sold between 3 to 5 thousand. Any differences ?
Difference is in the efforts, precision and materials.

Generally It's a powede of besalt stone + charcol,but people call it a iron powder... The paste made mixing with weted rice + stone powder and rub it for the 10-20 mind until the paste become smooth and sticky.... Then it aply lare by lare
There are different kind of making techniques for syahi.... Some maker use some kind of glue, like favicol... Some uses the maida paste too. But mostly it is weted rice ( 4-5 houres).
