Prepare for GATE exam and get admission in any IITs M.Tech program because their fee is very less plus you will get stipend around 12k per month. So it will not be an issue to pay their fee. Work hard in those institute because you will going to compete directly will undergrade students. You will get placed if you are sincere through out your studies.

In conclusion question 1) Jab ham logo ko pata hai ki market ki condition kharab hai toh fir developer wagera ki job kyu search isshe accha kisi gov or other job me lag jaye .. Right or wrong. 2) Jaisa abhi ki condition chal raha hai Computer science walo ki So a computer science student sirf coding sikhta hai bas baki or kuch sikhaya nahi jata college me jaise ki other field pe work rehta like Excel , Tally etc . Ye sab chize toh important hai agar developer ki job nahi mil rahi tab .. toh fir ye alag se sikhe fir wo time jayega . Toh ye sab chize college me sikhani chahiye tab toh computer science ka matlab hai .. Fir Computer science engineering karne ka koi matlab nahi hai fir Right or wrong bro ..
